Yes, Bingtanghulu is one of the Chinese traditional candy and very popular among young people. Besides having a sweet flavor, Bingtanghulu is also shaped very beautiful and colorful.
Basically, this food is made from dried fruits such as apple and cherry, then dipped in a melted sugar. The sugar coat of the fruit then would naturally harden and creates the outer layer of Bingtanghulu. Bingtanghulu is one of the most popular Chinese food to be sold during winter season.
