Ma Yi Shang Shu (Ants Climbing Trees)

This traditional Chinese cuisine has a unique name and sound poetic, which can be translated into "Ants Climbing Trees". This food is named so because the sticky pieces of minced meat on the noodles resembles a speck of ants that were trying to climb a tree.
Ma Yi Shang Shu is a Sichuan cuisine that is famous for its delicious taste and spiciness. This dish consists of finely chopped beef that is stir fried with various seasoning herbs, spices, pepper, and cayenne to make it very spicy, but tasted amazingly good.
